This was a tenant build-out of an existing, first floor shell space into a Cardiac Imaging Research Cath Lab. The space consisted of a procedure room, equipment room, conference area, and control room. The scope included relocation of med gas lines, added lab gases, rework of the HVAC system, new electrical/ data, equipment support and structural steel for the imaging equipment within an interstitial area below the project.
