KeyBank Bainbridge | Bainbridge Island, WA

Project Description

INLINE recently completed the new KeyBank branch on Bainbridge Island in Washington. The new bank features a cottage-lodge appearance with a precast veneer exterior and Hardie Plank siding. The project also involved an intricate storm detention system and site development package including a two-lane drive-thru.

The Bainbridge project had topography challenges with a complicated storm water management system. The project also called for a variety of construction materials including steel and wood framing, had both composition and membrane roofs, and was clad in CMU, masonry, wood, and cementious siding. It also included a commercial storefront and curtain wall glazing systems. The Bainbridge project was green field construction involving site work, street work, and coordination of local utilities. It also included landscaping, irrigation, site curbs/sidewalks and large AC parking lots.
