West Sylvan embarked on a phased 67,400 SF SBS Roofing endeavor that kicked off in the summer of 2023 with Phase One and wrapped up in August 2024 with Phase Two. The project entailed a comprehensive scope, encompassing the replacement of all existing roof mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, it involved the removal of an existing brick chimney and the installation of a new roof-mounted fall protection system. Interior enhancements fortify the current structure and involved the demolition and replacement of ACT ceilings impacted by the re-roofing activities. Site-related tasks included the removal of nuisance trees and the restoration of damaged sidewalks within the school premises.
