INLINE undertook this comprehensive tenant improvement project for an existing 50,000 square foot office building within a business park. The focus was on renovating specific areas to serve the needs of the Northwest Regional Education Service District.

The redesigned spaces included classrooms for students, instructional support areas, open office spaces for the administrative staff, and large training rooms. Each area was strategically located and reconfigured to accommodate the needs of both staff and students. Additionally, the project scope included seismic upgrades, replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, improvements to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the development of an outdoor play area.
