The Ridgewood Elementary School project for Beaverton School district involved numerous upgrades and updates to the existing HVAC and mechanical and electrical systems of the 52,559 SF main building and 1,500 SF modular building. Work included updating and/or replacing HVAC units and wall ventilators, upgrading mechanical and electrical equipment, and providing seismic upgrades throughout the school and modular building including each classroom, library, offices, kitchen, cafeteria, gym, restrooms, and hallways.
