Our Future Depends on Safety!

In Line Commercial Construction, Inc. is one of Oregon’s safest General Contractors!  We believe that safety is a core value that must never be compromised.  We incorporate safety into every aspect of our projects, from the earliest phases of pre-construction to project closeout.  Our firm belief is that by equipping our crafts people with personal safety equipment and properly training them in safe working methods, we are able to maintain efficient job sites and minimize risks.

Our future depends on the safety of our employees, clients, and the public during the construction process.  It is this “never compromising” commitment that has enabled us to maintain a 10 year average Experience Modification Rate of .70, as tracked by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.  This rating is below the average of 1.0, and is a direct result of excellent safety training and accident prevention.  By being proactive with our safety program we have received two “Zero Claims Awards” in the last 5 years, and are on track for another safety conscious year!
